Comment: We stayed at this hotel for two nights after we arrived from the United States. It is located on a pedestrian walk, but on Sunday the large door on the courtyard shared with several businesses was closed with no sign. I stopped someone on the street, who happened to work at the hotel. He took us there and used the intercom to get us in. The hotel is on the second floor, but there is an elevator that costs Euro 0.10 to use. The porter helping us with our bags put a coin in so quickly it was only at the end of the stay that we realized how it worked. We usually walked up the outside steps to the hotel out of convenience. The room was spacious and looked out over the pedestrian street. There was a small breakfast room where they also served wine. We dropped our first day and found that a group on a hiking tour was getting organized in there before heading out to the Amalfi coast for the rest of the week. We took our wine to the main lounge. Apparently they get a lot of small tours spending a night there. Breakfasts included coffee, juice, yogurt, cold cuts, and croissants. The location is good. It is about a 10 minute walk to the harbor where you could pay twice as much for a room.
