Comment: We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in April 2007 and only wish it could have been longer. The hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis from the energy of Naples, breakfasts were wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Comment: This is an excellent hotel with highly efficient and friendly staff. Our room - for our 14 days - was comfortable, immaculate, well appointed and very quiet. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the heart of a busy, but wonderful, city.

Comment: On the first floor of a former family palace this hotel is situated on the busy and fashionable shopping street, which was being pedestrianised while we stayed there, so that there is no traffic outside, just the murmour of voices. At night it is quiet. Inside the rooms are traditional and well furnished and dont have the kind of anonymous corpoprate furniture, with atmosphere to match, that businessmen's hotels sadly always have. I hope the corporate types keep away from this one. This is a hotel for the private traveller who wants to pay a little more for a restful but central location. We had some difficulty getting us internet connection but the hotel staff took this up with the ISP and it was sorted within an hour. Travelling as a gay couple we had asked for a double and when they realised they had seperated the beds to form a twin in error, a member of staff immediately re-arranged this before we unlacked in our room. The buffet breakfast is served in the small lounge and was civilised.
