In 2017 Bigonzetti, using the evocative music of Handel, created for the Teatro alla Scala a long choreography in two acts titled Progetto Händel, with Svetlana Zakharova. It is on stage this year at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow in a reduced version. Come un respiro is an extract of forty-five minutes. Mauro Bigonzetti is a very productive choreographer who has gone far and wide in his long artistic career and this title, of all his productions, is the one that contains his most significant creative elements, from technique to style, to the rarefied atmosphere.

Bolero, with the famous music of Maurice Ravel, is a choreography created by Giuseppe Picone in 2014 for the Teatro Comunale di Piacenza. The three women on stage represent the fragility, the three men the strength, they try to help the protagonist, but he does not accept, and he will die alone, surrounded by superficiality, imprisoned by his reflection in the mirror. The truth is that there are always people who want to help you, you must open, loneliness does not lead you to anything and life is getting stronger... This project went on stage at the Teatro Antico in Taormina in 2015 and now, for the first time, at the Teatro San Carlo.
